Sarah Martini, MS

I have a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am a certified counselor and I have expereince working with individuals, families, and couples. I'm currently educating college students on my favorite subject, Psychology.

I have always believed in the importance of being prepared for whatever you have coming your way. A good friend of mine advised me to get premarital counseling before getting married and I truly cherish her advice. My husband and I really enjoyed our premarital counseling sessions and still reflect on them to this day. A common misconception people have about premarital counseling (and counseling in general) is that you seek it out only if you have problems or some type of dilemma that needs to be resolved. This is not true! Think of premarital counseling as preparing for your marriage- it helps you learn about your partner and allows you to be prepared for any trials that may come your way. It's also a really fun bonding experience that leaves you with practical tips you can take with you in your relationship.

My husband and I have been married for over ten years and we have three wonderful daughters. Alhamdulillah.
